Problem: the Windows command-line FTP client does not support passive mode FTP.  You have to configure the Windows Firewall to support ACTIVE mode FTP.Problem: the Windows command-line FTP client does not support passive mode FTP.  You have to configure the Windows Firewall to support ACTIVE mode FTP.
