Android on Raspberry Pi will install and be mostly usable on models starting with Raspberry Pi 3 or 3B+ models and higher/newer.  If you are not using a touchscreen display you will be able to use the mouse and keyboard with many Android apps.   You will need the Android image for the Raspberry Pi.
