The Alarm setting will block the full options from being available when you plug in USB cable and see clock. Make sure the alarm setting is not opened. Make sure "Set Alarm" screen is not open. Use the Back button. now on clock screen click BlackBerry button. Now Options, change "When Charging" change it to "Do Nothing."
