The Father of the Spreadsheet
VisiCalc
VisiCalc (for "visible calculator") was the first spreadsheet computer program for personal computers, originally released for the Apple II by VisiCorp.
The initial version of VisiCalc didn't have a graphics capability but you could transfer the data to a graphics program on the same machine.
