Ingredients
- Four hot Italian sausage links cut up into one inch pieces
- 1/2-1 full onion diced (depending on how much you like)
- 6 small sweet peppers (2 yellow, 2 orange, 2 red) diced
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 cup cheddar or italian cheese
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375○F.
Combine onion, peppers and sausage in skilet and cook until sausage browned and peppers and onions are softened. Meanwhile, either prepare pie crust from scratch or use pre-made crust from the store. I used pre-made crust to save time. Set uncooked crust in greased pie dish. Pour sausage , onion and pepper combination in the pie dish over the crust.
