Where's the Recycle Bin?

  1. Click "Start" and then "Control Panel."
  2. Click "Appearance and Personalization."
  3. Click "Personalization."
  4. On the left pane under the word Tasks click "Change desktop icons."

Here you can show or hide: Computer, User's Files (formerly My Documents,) Network, Recycle Bin, and Control Panel.
