6LQ6    - Common in CB linear amplifiers. TV sweep tube.  This tube is rare and expensive.
3-500   - Heathkit SB-220 and SB-221 HF linear amplifier uses 2.  Other brands also use, Ameritron, Henry, etc..
6146B   - Kenwood ts520 and ts830 uses 2 along with other HF transceivers.
