From the SalesLogix web site: Saleslogix is the CRM platform of choice for companies strategically focused on customer engagements. Saleslogix is designed to deliver purpose-built, cost-effective solutions for the mobile world. Deploy in the Cloud, on-premises, or mobile.

SalesLogix is a North America product and outsells Sage CRM in the United States. SalesLogix typically targets middle market customers with 50 to 500 user seats. SalesLogix offers deep functionality with customizations made possible by the built in Visual BASIC scripting interpreter. SalesLogix CRM will perform limited integration to back office ERP software products. SalesLogix can be delivered in the software as a service model, as a single-tenant CRM application hosted online.
