A multi-band all mode ham radio transceiver that uses interchangeable modules for band expansion. Band modules are available for the following bands: 50, 144, 220, 430, 440 and 1200 MHz. The YAESU FT-736R was introduced in 1987 to the United States Market.
Power output: The FT-736R covers 50, 144 and 430 MHz bands all-mode with 10 watts maximum on 50-54MHz and 30 watts maximum on 144-148 and 430-450MHz
A CTCSS encoder / decode module is not standard. The FTS-8px CTCSS is a direct substitute for the discontinued Yaesu FTS-8 tone board. It can be acquired from the Piexx Company https://www.piexx.com/.
