6LQ6    - Common in CB linear amplifiers. TV sweep tube.  This tube is rare and expensive.
6LF6    - Common in CB linear amplifiers. TV sweep tube. Palomar 300A Amp.  suitable replacements available.
3-500Z  - Heathkit SB-220 and Heathkit SB-221 HF Amplifier uses 2.  Other brands also use, Ameritron, Henry, etc..
6146B   - Kenwood ts520 and ts830 uses 2 along with other HF transceivers.
12BY7Z  - driver tube in many HF transceivers such as the Kenwood ts520 and ts830
6JS6    - Yeasu uses 2 of these TV sweep tubes in their ft101 for finals, now rare and expensive.
6L6     - Audio tube found in guitar amps 20w ea also in the Heathkit AT1 novice cw transmitter.
813     - Power amplifier tube used in radio. Supplies common. Used in Central Electronics 600L RF Amplifier. 
812A    - Regulator tube, used to regulate sceen supply in the Central Electronics 600L RF Amplifier.
6KD6    - TV sweep tube used in Yaesu FT-401B. Now rare and expensive.
6JS6C   - TV sweep tube and also used as audio tube.  In Yaesu FL101. Getting rare.
6GK6    - seen in D&A CB amps
6AQ5A   - seen in D&A CB amps
572B    - rf tube seen in ham radio.  Dentron 160-10 HF Amplifier uses 4 572B Tubes.
