Gen 3 image intensifier tubes provide incredible image quality in low-light conditions. The tubes are also extremely durable and can withstand harsh environments. Optics GEN 3 PVS-14 Night Vision Monoculars are versatile. They can be used for a variety of applications, including hunting, fishing, security, and law enforcement. The PVS14 was initially adopted by U.S. Special Forces and has proven itself in the most demanding conditions.

PVS 14 NVG are available in two generations: Generation 2+ and Generation 3+ although the Gen 3+ is recommended and discussed here. White Phosphor display is more modern than Green.
