Resolution ETA:Bug Description: "Skills & Experience" tab in Candidates section shuts the whole program down sometimes. I have found that if the "industry" section is too long it just displays a dialogue box saying :Runtime Error....'-2147217887 (80040221)': Multiple step operation generated errors. Check the status value. Applies to:0.8.19Suggested Workaround: I have to write shorter words but I don't know what the cut off is.
