Handbrake requires Microsoft .NET Framework for the Windows version of Handbrake.  It is too bad all of these utilities are written in Microsoft .NET.  It is too bad there are not better computer programmers out there.

Handbrake requires Microsoft .NET Framework for the Windows version of Handbrake. It is too bad all of these utilities are written in Microsoft .NET. It is too bad there are not better computer programmers out there.
