Trying to activate a Verizon phone with a bad ESN online
The phone ESN was not bad, but the account owed money.
The error on the web site was, "lpMTagConfig.UDEstore is undefined"
lpMTagConfig.UDEstore is undefined
When I called Verizon Support I found out that the web site was giving me the error because the phone could not be activated by me since the previous owner still owed money.
