3-500   - Heathkit SB-220 and SB-221 HF linear amplifier uses 2.  Other brands also use, Ameritron, Henry, etc..
6146B   - Kenwood ts520 and ts830 uses 2 along with other HF transceivers.
12BY7Z  - driver tube in many HF transceivers such as the Kenwood ts520 and ts830
6JS6    - Yeasu uses this TV sweep tube in their ft101, now rare and expensive.
