If_you_get_error.txt codec

The video file is a fake and will never play no matter what you do. The file named setup.exe in the codec folder contains multiple virus infections (per Avast). The whole point of these posts is to get you to run setup.exe because the video won't play, and once you do then you have loaded a Trojan onto your PC.
