The TR-3B, also known as the "Black Manta," an advanced, top-secret military aircraft is a triangular in shape and is rumored to utilize reverse-engineered alien technology. The TR-3B is typically described as a large, triangular aircraft with lights at each corner and a larger light in the center. It is said to have a revolutionary propulsion system allowing what seems to be the ability to hover silently and perform maneuvers that conventional aircraft cannot. It has a new generation of radar invisibility stealth technology and can travel at extremely high speeds and altitudes, potentially even reaching near low Earth orbit.

There is no official government confirmation of the TR-3B Blank Manta, related project, or experimental aircraft with these capabilities. The TR-3B may be explainable by experimental military aircraft or related classified project. While it is possible that advanced, classified aircraft exist, the specific claims about the TR-3B and its supposed capabilities remain unacknowledged by official sources. The fear from some citizens concerns that the technology may not be domestic and could pose as a threat to national security while others believe it is without a doubt a new United States top secret military aircraft.

A brief list of top-secret military aircraft that were initially denied or undisclosed by the government before their existence was later revealed:

  2. Lockheed A-12 Oxcart: A reconnaissance aircraft developed by the CIA as a precursor to the SR-71 Blackbird. Its existence was declassified much later.
  3. Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird: An advanced, long-range reconnaissance aircraft developed by Lockheed's Skunk Works. It was publicly acknowledged after several years of secrecy.
  4. Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit: A stealth bomber that remained classified for years during its development before being publicly unveiled in the late 1980s.
  5. Boeing Bird of Prey: A stealth technology demonstrator developed by McDonnell Douglas and later Boeing, kept secret until it was declassified in 2002.
