Welcome to the Leaders CRM "Online User Guide!"

The Online User Guide index may be accessed by navigating your web browser to:

Or by selecting HELP and ONLINE USER GUIDE from the software itself.

This guide is a Wiki. It is actually part of the D.U.C.K. Project, a much larger WiKi. The Leaders CRM area of D.U.C.K. is specific to the Leaders CRM Software. Other areas of D.U.C.K. do not apply to this software. Do not utilize information from other areas of D.U.C.K. for the operation and usage of your Leaders CRM software.

Navigating the Online User Guide

Navigation

At the bottom of each page of the guide is a link to the guide index. That link is labaled [[Category:Leaders CRM]]. Click on that link to return to the Online User Guide index page when you are finished viewing any particular manual page.

Clicking the WiKi logo in the upper left will NOT return you to the Online User Guide index page. Clicking on that link or other links will cause your browser to navigate outside of the Leaders CRM Online User Guide portion of the D.U.C.K. Project WiKi. This is fine as long as you know how to find your way back. The D.U.C.K. Project WiKi itself is full of valuable information on many topics. If you get lost in the WiKi outside of the Leaders CRM Online Guide area you can always return by doing a search for "Leaders CRM" using the search tool on the left of every WiKi page.

We recommend that you bookmark the Leaders CRM Online User Guide index page.

Editing

Because the Leaders CRM Online User Guide is part of a Wiki, pages may be responsibly edited for content. Users may correct typographical errors or note observations about how the software works. If a protion of the manual becomes out of date, users may also update the page making the information current.

  • Responsible and helpful user edits to the manual are welcome.
  • Irresponsible edits and purposeful destruction of manual data will result in being blocked from using the WiKi.

Before editing the WiKi pages, you should become familiar with how WiKi editing works. See the Help:Contents section, or read up on what a Wiki is and how a wiki works.

Please take a moment to read and understand the D.U.C.K. Project WiKi Terms of Use.

You will be required to sign up and create your own account on the WiKi before you may make any edits or submit bugs.

Submitting Bugs

Users are asked not to submit bugs directly to the Leaders CRM: Known Bugs page, but rather to the Talk:Leaders CRM: Known Bugs page.

The Talk:Leaders CRM: Known Bugs page is where you submit bugs in the Leaders CRM software that you find.

When a developer reviews and verifies a bug in the Talk:Leaders CRM: Known Bugs page, it will then be moved to the Known Bugs page and the status of correction will be updated when appropriate by the developers.
