MO2T was the model before P22. The MO2T was built with better steel and holds heat better in my opinion. This oven was used for special occasions ony and has seen very little use. It is clean and ready to use. All wiring was inspected and it looks good as new. This oven has the stone upgrade. Has 2 Baking surfaces with a clearance of 3" on bottom and 3.75" on top. Manufactured 1990
According to a representative named Noel with Bakers Pride, the company has changed hands several times since this oven was produced. He claims no more user manuals exist. They do not offer a user manual or parts list for download from the Bakers Pride web site.
Noel was not completely truthful with his information.
There are three replacement parts available for this Pizza Oven:
Knob M1053X 350-650 F Thermostat M1022X Timer M1017X 15 - 20 minutes on a frozen pizza
The timer is not original but compatible. The replacement knob is silver in color while the original would have been black.
