Bug Description: Cannot Delete a candidate

Suggested Workaround:I added a couple of test candidates to try/test something and cannot delete them.
Resolution ETA:
Bug Description: There is no DATE or NAME of the candidate on the Candidate notes page when I'm actually in that page.
