Also known as the Motorola DROID PRO XT610 - Motorola Droid's answer to the Blackberry.
The Motorola Droid Pro features a slate design that combines both a touch screen and full QWERTY keyboard. It has a black and silver chassis at 4.69 inches tall by 2.36 inches wide by 0.46 inch wide and 4.73 ounces in weight. The Droid Pro's screen measures 3.1 inches diagonally and has an HVGA (320x480 pixels) resolution and support for up to 16 million colors.
The four-row keyboard features rectangular buttons with a slight ridge to them, so they're easier to press. Numbers and symbols share space with the letter keys with one shortcut button (voice search) included on the bottom row.
The Motorola DROID PRO XT610 offers dual-mode functionality, meaning that the phone supports both CDMA and GSM technologies for world-roaming capabilities.
Sprint offers the Motorola XPRT while Verizon, AT&T, and other carriers offer the Motorola Droid Pro also known as the XT610.

com.vcast.mediamanager has stopped unexpectedly
The error message that is display constantly:
The application Backup+ Media (process com.vcast. mediamanager) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
Culprit: Verizon Backup+ Media - this is a premium service (costs extra) that backs up your phone data, pictures, and email to the Verizon cloud. You pay for storage. Backup+ Media is not the same as Verizon Backup Assistant. Verizon Backup Assistant is not a premium service, and there is no additional charge for using Backup Assistant. Backup+ Media will backup a wide variety of things on your phone, whereas Backup Assistant is for backing up your contacts. Verizon Backup+ Media != Verizon Backup Assistant
Some people that do not pay for nor use Verizon Backup+ Media are experiencing this error. Backup+ Media is running without login credentials and therefore continues to crash, then become reactivated by the Verizon system.
Solution:
- From the phone home screen goto Settings -> Applications -> Running services and tap the "Running" tab.
- Look for a red icon labeled "Backup+ Media" and choose "Force Stop"
- Tap the "All" tab. Find "Backup+ Media" and tap to open interface
- In "Backup+ Media" interface tap "Clear cache" then "Clear data"
As long as you had not previously subscribed to Backup+ Media premium service, this should resolve the popup error message. Backup+ Media is one of many preinstalled Verizon applications that cannot be removed unless you root / jailbreak your Android device.
