== Stop the print spooler and delete all spooled files ==Sometimes when a print job is stuck and going through the print manager and choosing "cancel" doesn't stop the print job, you have to do things at a deeper level.  I have tested this method when my Evolis Badgy print job wouldn't go away even after being canceled.# Click Start, and then click Run.# In the Open box, type "cmd", and then click OK. # In the command shell type "net stop spooler"# type "del c:\windows\system32\spool\printers\*.shd"# type "del c:\windows\system32\spool\printers\*.spl"# type "net start spooler"# close the command shell, and close the print manager, then reopen the print manager.
