using Gnome Disks Utility

m trying to backup my disk using Gnome disk utilities. When I go to the disk I want to backup and select "create disk image", after I specify what I want to name it and where I want to save it and click "start creating", I am prompted to enter my password, and then after I enter it I get this error: "Error locking device: Error locking /dev/dm-0 (/dev/nvme0n1p3): Failed to deactivate device: Device or resource busy (udisks-error-quark,0)." Both the disk and the partition I am trying to save the image into are both FAT (32-bit version).
