The final three files in the list happen to be the ones rolled up in the a fore mentioned ISO file. are the Service Pack itself - three versions for the three different architectures - IA64 for Itanium processors, X64 for 64-bit Windows 7 and x86 for 32-bit Windows 7.The final three files in the list happen to be the ones rolled up in the a aforementioned ISO file. As a stand alone installer it is one of these three files that you actually need for your computer.  The naming of the files relates to architecture:* IA64 for an Itanium processor* X64 for 64-bit Windows 7* x86 for 32-bit Windows 7Windows 6.1 is Windows 7.  6.1 is the Windows version number while Windows 7 is just a marketing name.  If you don't have SP1 installed your Windows is Version 6.1 Build 7600. After SP1 it'll be Version 6.1 Build 7601.  From a Command Prompt type in winver and see what it says... Rather confusing isn't it?What is even more stupid, thanks to the nerds at Microsoft is the fact that the files say they are for Windows 6.1.  Well didn't you know that Windows 7 is Windows 6.1? Well it is.  Stupid as h*ll but what do you expect from Microsoft? As a final note, it is important for you to be able to identify whether or not you have the SP1 already installed, or successfully installed after your attempt to install.  Press the Windows Key + R and type cmd.exe to get to a command shell.  Type the command "winver" and press enter.  * Version 6.1 (Build 7600) - indicates you have Windows 7 without SP1* Version 6.1 (Build 7601) - SP1 installed
