This is not conclusive as pins 7 and 8 are open until the mic PTT is pressed.  When pressed the resistance is measured at around 175 ohms.  This is a 9 pin microphone where pins 7 and 8 are the last two on the left side before the notch.  So how does a 300 ohm microphone measure at 175 ohms on the meter?
