This server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists. ===Microsoft suggested fixes that do not work:  Make sure outlook.exe is not running in compatibility mode.  Also corrupted Navigation Pane fix did not work.   *Outlook 2010: "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.
