The latest version on the SonicView web site as of March 2008: ModelName: SV-4000 Bootloader: 01.03 Main software: 01.58The filename for the update is: SV4000_1[1].58_factory.bin and it is the version supported by SonicView. If you call SonicView support you will need to ensure this is the firmware that you have loaded on your unit.
