Both incoming and outgoing text messages from the monitored Android were available. Another feature that makes this app superior is it is much better hidden. It appears in the Manage Apps screen listed as "Settings." If the phone user clicks on the app they see only the Android settings interface. There is no reason for the user to suspect anything. It even resists being removed.The most noteworthy shortcoming is that it will only forward to a gmail email address. There is no option to enter a 3rd party pop3 email address. Perhaps this is because the author is concerned about reliability of other email services and how to handle bounces and service unavailable.Because the app is banned from Google Play (Android Market) it must be obtained directly from the developer or an alternative source.A Google email account is required. If you do not see the setup screen after downloading, Look for our App Icon "Settings" in your menu. Press this Icon and you will see the setup screen. After you successfully enter your Gmail info, the Icon will no longer open the setup screen. It will now open the devices' default "Display" settings. Text Tracker will always restart when the device is turned on or rebooted. No Remote Install (Duh!) - You need to physically install this on the phone you want to monitor. You cannot install it on a phone that you do not have access to. It is crazy that people actually expect a spy app to remote install.
