it looks like every program (mplayer, ffplay, vlc ... ) which was build for Debian has removed the rtsp-Streaming ability.I could not find information why they have removed this function. " We had to disable those plugins as liblivemedia constains non-free code. See #981439. Maybe that's wort a NEWS entry anda note in the release-notes."
