Where's the Recycle Bin?
- Click "Start" and then "Control Panel."
- Click "Appearance and Personalization" and then "Appearance."
- Click "Change desktop icons."
- Check the box next to "Recycle Bin" and click "OK." Your Recycle Bin is restored to your desktop.
