Where's the Recycle Bin?
- Click "Start" and then "Control Panel."
- Click "Appearance and Personalization."
- Click "Personalization."
- On the left pane under the word Tasks click "Change desktop icons."
Here you can show or hide: Computer, User's Files (formerly My Documents,) Network, Recycle Bin, and Control Panel.
