== 2009 Year Upgrades ==Chrysler updated the 2009 model with Hill Start Assist (HSA) to help prevent rollback on graded surfaces, and then incorporated Trailer Sway Control (TSC) that monitored vehicle movement while towing, relative to its intended path. A new center dome lamp with directional lighting, drop in center console bin, and cargo nets for additional storage were added to the interior although mine did not have said cargo nets.All 2-door Wranglers came with a 2,000lb maximum towing capacity. The JK 2 door came with a standard 3.6L V6 engine which pushed out 202hp, 237 ft-lbs of torque. Wrangler X vehicles also ran with 16 inch wheels.Features such as front and rear solid axles, hard or soft top options, removable doors and mirrors, two-speed transfer case, fold down windshield and full size tailgate-mounted spare tire remained standard.
