Learn how Microsoft Ruined Minecraft Horses with the 1.13 Update Aquatic. It was the beginning of the end. Since then Microsoft has added so much bloat to Minecraft that you need high end graphics and CPU just to play an old block game. There is redundancy, ridiculous new creates, and nonsensical items. There are more challenges than ever before for modders trying to create mods and plugins for Minecraft. Microsoft keeps changing core command functions and names that break all your mods and plugins while you wait for developers to release updates.

A good version of Minecraft is 1.12.2. Although it does not facility the level of modding that the old 1.8 did, it is a good compromise between a relatively good feature and gameplay set with restraints on most of what Microsoft did to pervert later releases of Minecraft.

This is a reference to file system paths, launcher, java, and mod or plugin installation files for this version. This is not a polished guide. It is a reference to information.
