A consumer device to convert standard composite video and audio inputs to a modulated RF output on a user-defined NTSC television channel. These are typically channel 3 or 4 VHF or 14-69 UHF. The device will accept standard video/audio input from any composite video source and modulate the signal to a TV channel frequency.
