One problem with Buy.com is that their web site, which is frequently under development, often does not work with Mozilla Firefox. The submit buttons are absent preventing users from being able to complete orders.

The buy.com telephone support number is not provided on the web site. An area for the customer to enter his or her own telephone number is provided, however, the same submit button absence glitch exists in this area.
