This is the 3-Station/3-Channel FM Wireless Intercom, previously known as the Radioshack FM Wireless Intercom, 2-channel, and now known as Advanced 3-Station/3-Channel FM Wireless Intercom - what makes it "advanced" is not clear.

RadioShack Model: 43-3105 | Catalog #: 43-3105

The unit replaces the model 43-219 and remains 100% compatible. There have been similar models prior to 43-219 that are older and also compatible.

It is a type of FM Wireless Power Line Intercom that places RF modulation on the AC electrical system of the building.

Electronic Info

The model uses three AC-Cap Suppresion,0.022uF 275V X2 Polypropylene Film Capacitors which are interference suppressors for across the line applications. The "bridge" between the AC current and the onboard circuitry begins with these three capacitors. The board itself operates on 10.6V DC. The RF modulation is injected in the power cord from two poles into Black and Green on one and white (common) on the other. The hot and ground are bridged opposite two separate capacitors (2 of the 3 Suppression AC-Caps.)
