SCA Inputs

SCA inputs are used for transmitting additional audio content or data alongside the main program audio in FM broadcasting. These inputs typically carry signals such as background music, foreign-language programming, or data services.

SCA inputs are specifically designated for SCA signals rather than left and right stereo signals.

For left and right stereo signals, you would typically use the appropriate inputs designated for stereo signals, which may be labeled differently or have specific connectors such as RCA or XLR inputs, depending on the exciter's design. If the exciter supports stereo operation, it should have dedicated inputs for left and right stereo signals.
