Concerns previously expressed here range from moderator privilege abuse, pirating software, and the collection and abuse of contributor financial information such as credit card information from those that donate money. The site is operated by pirates themselves.  What they offer is a violation of Nintendo Corp's intellectual property.  They assist with the piracy of software using code words and innuendos while pretending to be against software piracy.  Their members exchange copyright software in private.  They ban new users seeking advise while the moderators exchange copyright material.  We have received reports by too many visitors that they are been treated with disrespect from the moderators of wiihacks.com.
