Magnum SemiRP Unturned Game Server: Faction Registration Guide
Every Faction has (1) appointed Diplomat to represent their faction, and this is not necessarily the faction leader, but more of the faction ambassador.
📌There shall be no more than (6) registered factions. All other factions may exist as non-registered factions. Registered factions have official territories and a protected zone.
📌Don't ask to be a faction on your first 48hrs in the server. We don't even know you yet. Start out on your own or join an existing faction to learn the ropes before asking a Moderator to make your own faction.
- Faction areas are a radius of a fixed size
- Structures and Barricades are protected from destruction but may still be damaged
- Your vehicles will NOT be protected from theft within the zone.
Zones will be MANUALLY locked down when a Faction is OFFLINE to prevent offline raiding. It is a manual procedure. In the event of war the zones will become unlocked so raiding is possible during combat.

disambiguation - not everything is a faction. There are City Governments. Any of the towns and cities may be claimed by someone wishing to serve as a Mayor and Police Chief for those jurisdictions. City Governments are not factions as they have police and no military. There are Registered Factions such as those listed here, which have certain requirements such as size, participation, and tenure. There are Free Factions otherwise known as Unregistered Factions which are not recognized for political summits, and then there is personal property such as individual or shared land, businesses, and dwellings.
Both City Governments and Registered Factions are extended invitation to political summits.
There are special circumstances and limited flexibility so that variations may occur due to military conquest or political alliances.
Further Clarification on Civil Mayors and Military Leaders. - Mayors are not Faction Leaders. Cities are not Faction Bases. A Mayor can join a faction. A Mayor has a civil police force. If the civil police force using civil equipment can not handle a situation, then the Mayor can ask for military support from the CoAF or another Faction if the Mayor has an alliance with said Faction or is willing to hire them.
📌 We are limiting the number of server moderators. We are not accepting applications for server moderators at this time. Each faction may have an appointed "Builder" that will be able to use Builder Mode (like admin edit) and obtain materials.
📌 Moderators have nothing to do with Being a Faction Leader or Mayor - Moderators are appointed to assist players and nothing more.
📌 To prevent people utterly wasting our time we now require a very minuscule one-time fee of $1 US to register a player with MagnumSRP. Once registered the player may then submit faction registration as many times as he or she wishes in the future. The one time fee is to eliminate the flakes so that we can ensure only serious players are asking us to do all of the work required to set up the kits and zone.
📌 If you have paid the $1 registration you may register factions again and again, no matter how many times you were defeated or simply changed your mind on your faction name and location. It is a ONE TIME Fee. It is not so that we profit as the amount is so small, it is just to verify you so that you will be recognized as a legitimate serious player. We do not keep any of the financial data ourselves, everything is handled by a secure 3rd party.
