Receiving money for your Unturned Game Server: Donation ; Pay to Play ; Pay to Win ; Membership ; Perks ; Rewards

If you wish to be paid by players on your Unturned Server there are a number of dynamics to understand.

  • Donations - Players receive no special abilities or equipment in the game for making donations to help you keep the game server online.
  • Pay to Play - You do not have access to the game server or you have very limited or trial access unless you pay a fee.
  • Pay to Win - Players receive special abilities or more powerful tools and weapons if they make donations to you.

The Unturned 3 Knowledgebase explains their Server Monetization Policy. Keep in mind that The Unturned 3 Knowledgebase is unofficial the home of documentation for all things unturned 3.

It is not recommended to use Paypal directly. Paypal is often broken and non-multiplatform multibrowser friendly.

Tebex is not very honest in my opinion as they have seized funds and shut down web stores without explaining why, or so has been my experience with them. Their support is pretty bad too, with responses taking over 2 days and when back and forth communication is required it can be weeks getting minor issues resolved.

Nelson Sexton is the creator of the game Unturned. Sexton released Unturned on Steam when he was 16 years old. Since then it's been downloaded 24 million times—it currently has roughly as many owners as Counter-Strike Global Offensive, making it, best as we can tell, the third-most-owned game on Steam.

In the game Unturned your goal is to sustain yourself on a zombie-infested map, balancing four simple vitality meters representing health, starvation, thirst, and disease. There’s a crafting system, a skill system, a fort system, and a number of different servers promising unique spins on the difficulty and scalability of survival.

In the two years since release Unturned has added a bounty of new weapons, animals, food items, buildings (anything from a research station to a mine tunnel,) new zombie types, a multiplayer-only arena game mode, and VR support.
